Paseo del Mar is located in Zone IV, Zamboanga City. It is adjacent to the historic Fort Pilar. It is a seafront parkway with a cement walkway along the shoreline, with benches facing the sea. It has a dancing fountain in the center that produces great colorful displays at night. Several eateries line up the area and some have live bands. It is a great place to meet people or just spend the time alone or with friend(s). During the day only about 10% of the normal capacity is occupied. The park faces the south/west, so it is a lovely place to sit on bench to enjoy the sunset.
Don’t mind google’s error of showing that Zamboanga City is within Zamboanga del Sur.
Google is only following the error of the government of the Philippines. Zamboanga City is not part of Zamboanga del Sur.
